Thailand Stamps 2015: Zodiac Stamp Issue (Year of the Goat)

The Goat is the symbol of composure and calmness. Persones who were born in this year are likely to be calm, prudent, reliable, and kind to other people. They are also peaceful, patient, careful, unselfish, honest and disciplined.
The series of lunar year postage stamps has been created annually since 2003 which is the year of Horse and finished the circle of 12 lunar years in 2014. This year, the first issue of new circle begins which depicts the painting that Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn has designe. Her birthday anniversary is also in the year of Goat. HRH give an importance to stamp and consider each stamp set, which is the great contribution she has given to Thailand Post. This is also the auspicious occasion to celebrate her birthday anniversary on April 2nd, 2014.
