On 4 August 1983, it marks the inauguration of Siamese Postal Services, which has been through thick and thin for 135 years. This commemorative stamp is issued to reflect the development of Thai postal services through watercolour technique to demonstrate how postmen delivered mails, namely by walking cycling, motorcycling, and driving together with important places of postal services in each era, namely Praisaneeyakam Building Ministry of Transport, General Post Office in Bang Rak District, and the present headquarter of Thailand Post Company Limited.
